BioConversion Technology Southeast Regional Sales Representative
Location: BCT prefers that the candidate currently lives in the Georgia area with a sales territory that includes Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and the Carolinas.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to expand our customer base and achieve sales goals for specific districts of our company. To be successful in this role, BCT prefers that you have previous experience in Industrial Chemical sales while taking accountability for reaching sales forecasts. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be able to manage accounts located in the South East and set and achieve profitable sales goals. Our ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s long term success.
Responsibilities
Create regional sales plans and goals in alignment with business objectives
Support clients in optimizing their treatment systems
Evaluate individual treatment system performance
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual sales
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Analyze and evaluate new and existing product lines
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Skills
Should have previous experience in industrial chemical sales
Understanding of corporate operations
Ability to create and maintain strong customer sales relationships
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Preferred BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant technical field
